Sewer mapping
If the sewer no longer drains well, or if odours or gurgling sounds are noticed, this usually indicates an existing problem. The original sewers may already need renovation due to their age, even if no leaks have yet occurred. A typical cause of these problems is the reduction of the pipe diameter over the years. It is time for a pipe renovation.
A pipe renovation starts with a free assessment visit. Approximately one hour should be reserved for the assessment visit. The property owner, or their representative, should preferably be present during the visit. We go through the sewer points, and if you wish you will immediately receive a calculation of the cost estimate for lining.
Lining a detached house takes on average 4–5 days and you can live at home throughout the entire renovation. Some restrictions on home comforts will of course apply. Warm water or hot steam is used to cure the liner. As a result, a sewer usage ban is in force between 8-17 while the installers are working in the apartment. A dry toilet is brought to the site for the duration of the usage bans.

Your bathroom will not be damaged during the renovation; lining is always carried out without breaking structures. Even floor drains do not need to be replaced – a plastic and easy-to-maintain Linerdrain floor drain insert is installed in cast-iron drains. Toilet seats do not need to be renewed, but if the seat is already ageing, it is easy to replace it in connection with the lining.
