The lining method is a faster and more affordable alternative for pipeline renovations. The method does not damage structures and generates less noise and waste, making it a better option for the environment as well. The lining method is also particularly well suited to sites where excavation is not an option. When no trenches are dug, the worksite is safer and the risk of collapse is avoided.

Whether it is a detached house, a housing company or a large industrial building, the best possible repair method for the specific site must be determined before work begins. The condition, location, environment and many other factors of the site to be renovated affect whether the renovation can be carried out by lining, or perhaps by combining it with a traditional method.

Linercom’s lining projects always follow the same process:

  • Before the project starts, we take care of informing the residents.
  • Upon arriving at the site, we protect the property.
  • We handle the cleaning and lining. We always use steam or hot water to cure the liner, and we install a branch connection at every branch point.
  • After the work is completed, we carry out site cleaning and provide a handover folder.
  • We grant a ten-year leak-proof guarantee for renovations carried out using the lining method.

Our professionals find the optimal solution for every site and plan and carry out the renovation from start to finish. Our goal is not only a flawlessly executed renovation, but also a satisfied customer.

In a pipe renovation carried out with the lining method, residents can live at home throughout the entire renovation. Lining one apartment takes approximately 2–3 days, so the inconvenience is minimal compared to a traditional pipe renovation. Residents are always informed in advance about the work stages and told when the sewer can be used and when it cannot. Usage restrictions apply only to the apartments that are under work and connected to the same vertical line. Other residents can use the sewer normally. Residents are only asked to empty the sink cabinets and clear the areas in front of other drainage points, and to observe the usage restrictions. No other actions are required from the residents.
